This is where the journey of Fresh & Green began, and the commitment of a business that focuses on the individual as well as the environment. Fresh & Green is passionately committed to providing "a one stop shop" for all your eco-friendly needs. Sasha & Jennifer, and a group of volunteers have personally tested and approved each product to ensure the customer receives the highest quality eco-products on the market today.

Sasha, co-founder, has always believed in giving back to the community and reducing her negative impact on the planet. When her two children developed asthma and eczema symptoms, she began doing her research on chemicals found in household products. This research blossomed into a passion for clean, safe, eco-friendly products. It was at this moment that she knew she wanted to create a safe shopping environment for people having similar problems.

Jennifer, co-founder and a retired Radio City Rockette, has always been passionate about giving back to the world around her. In business, Jennifer had not quite found her niche, but all that changed during a lunchtime brainstorming session with friend and now business partner Sasha. She's proud to say running Fresh & Green allows them to not only positively affect people and their families, but also the world around them.

How do we live Green?

At Fresh & Green, not only do we sell eco-friendly products from eco-friendly manufacturers, we try to live and breathe green in our daily operations and personal lives. First, our goal is operating a completely sustainable business by reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible. After all these efforts, we purchase carbon offsets for our homes, cars and business, giving us a carbon footprint of zero. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce waste, conserve energy, and minimize the amount of resources we use. This is a continuous process of constantly looking at what we are doing and how we can improve. We offer warning labels on our shipping boxes that they are not pretty. We reuse all of our packaging materials as many times as possible. Every box and packaging material that enters the store in used and reused in some aspect of the business.
