When Feminist.com first launched over 10 years ago in 1995, it had assigned itself a unique directive: to provide an on-line presence for non-profit organizations that might not otherwise have the resources to create their own websites. Many non-profit organizations "incubated" at Feminist.com before going on to have successful websites of their own.
