Do you know another word for feminism that is used for males who believe that men/and women should be equal in society?

The only thing I have heard is meninist, but men can be feminists, too -- so perhaps just using that word.

Women of color created the term womanist in order to feel more included in the feminist label -- perhaps there is an equivalent thing that could be done for men.
