Can someone please e-mail me with instructions on how to look on the Internet for state and federal laws? I appreciate it. I am a woman who is working on revising the UCCJA (Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act) and the PKPA (Parental Kidnapping and Prevention Act). Thank you in advance to anyone out there who can help me.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar enough with what's out there in cyberspace to direct you to the information you need. I suggest that you contact organizations working on their issues for suggestions. There is the Children's Defense Fund based in DC and the Center for Protective Parents in New Jersey. There are also other children's rights advocates based in DC--and elsewhere, too. Maybe a search of this type would bring up potential sources.
