What is the feminist stance on male genital utilation, otherwise known as circumcision or foreskin-ectomy??

As far as I know there is no single feminist perspective on male circumsicion.

There are certainly plenty of feminists who are fighting against it and others who I think hold to it for traditional and religious reasons, but it's really a personal decision and thus there are tons of perspectives on it.
