Thanks
for your note to FEMINIST.COM.
First, you don't have to "apologize"
for being male. The point of
feminism is not to alienate
half of the population--it's
about working together toward
equality on both sides--so thanks
for helping in that endeavor.
Since "choice" seems to be your
main issue, I suggest that you
contact "choice" focused groups
to find information about getting
more involved. For instance:
- NARAL
(National Abortion Rights
Action League)--their national
office is in Washington, DC
and they have state and local
chapters across the U.S.
- Planned
Parenthood Federation of American
-- ditto to above.
- Voters
for Choice-based in Washington,
DC.
You
can find links to these places,
along with others, in our
Reproductive Rights section.
Also, I recommend that you check-out
our Pro-Feminist
Men's section which can put
you in touch with men's groups
working on feminist issues. (These
aren't the in-the-woods-drum-beating
groups.) Good luck/thanks.
