a 20 year old sexually assaulted
when she was 17 by a 29 year
old man.

FYI...In Ohio,
we do have a 20 year statute
of limitation on sexual
assault. The law took effect
in 1999, and grandfathers in
cases from 1993 onward. Though
I agree that the legal case
may not go too far in the case
above, it could provide a
basis of a pattern of behavior
of abuse by this man which
may aid law enforcement in
other cases.
