The
commonly used statistic says
that "one-in-four" women are
victims of rape, incest or sexual
molestation before the age of
18. (FYI, for boys it's one-in-seven.)
For more accurate information,
it is best to contact organizations
working directly on this issue
and/or books devoted to this
subject. I have had many similar
questions in the past, so if

many of these references. In
particular, you should consult
