differences are done is that
we mostly work from averages,
for instance, on average, women
make 76 cents to every dollar
earned by men. However, this
average doesn't reveal that
if you are a black women you
earn only approximately 56 cents
to every dollar earned by men
and if you are a Latina it's
below 50 cents. Keep this in
mind as you are doing your research.
