Do you know of any organizations that advocate for professional women who are discriminated against by state licensing boards because they had/have children? Thanks.

Your request is quite specific--"professional women who are discriminated against by state licensing boards because they had/have children"--and I can't think of one organization that deals with this specific issue. However, it is an issue of gender discrimination--and that is something that is handled by a few organizations--namely 9to5: The National Association for Working Women and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Also, you might want to research the group that original fought for legislation that made it illegal for employers to fire or demote pregnant women. 9to5 may have been responsible for that legislation, but it also could have been the National Organization for Women's Legal Defense and Education Fund. They should be able to help you with more information on the rights ot pregnant women.
