Thanks for your note to FEMINIST.COM. For immediate information on pay equity, I suggest that you contact the National Committee on Pay Equity. For less immediate research, you should look at Gloria Steinem's article "Revaluing Economics" which can be found in her book Moving Beyond Words and Marilyn Waring's book If Women Counted. Both of these examine "equal pay for work of equal value."
