I need some info for my research paper I am doing in school, about women's wages and how are they are different from men's. My teacher is a man and he is sexist - I need something good. Thank you very much.

Thanks for your note to Feminist.com and for ensuring that you have the most up-to-date research to counter your "sexist" teacher. To obtain that research, you should contact the National Committee on Pay Equity. Also, you should contact the U.S. Department of Labor's Women's Bureau. There is also an informative book called the The American Women's Almanac, which is released every year and contains up-to-date information on facts about women's lives. While you are doing all of this, you can keep in mind that on average women still make only $.71 for every $1 earned by a man. Of course, this varies for occupation, race, age, etc...
