I'm doing research on the CIA and its current status of discrimination toward women... can you help me find some information please?

Thanks for your note. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that the CIA was any more/less of a discriminator of women than any other branch of the US government. However, working under that assumption, you might want to contact the CIA directly and ask such questions as:

1.) How many women do you employ?
2.) How many do you employ at senior level positions? How many men are secretaries (or in the lower wage jobs)?
3.) How many men actually take parental leave? How many women?
4.) How much do men earn? Women?

Because this is a government office, this is public information.
