Bethany is a principal of Market LOHAS and holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics and an MA in Econometrics from Northwestern University. She is a professor at Baker University and Avilia University in Brand Marketing, Economics and Mathematics. She is President of the Kansas City Chapter of Altrusa active in community health, literacy education and green initiatives.
