Working with an extensive network of collaborators, Feminist.com (founded by journalist Marianne Schnall and a group of feminist activists) serves as host, promoter, and partner with other websites, organizations, and feminist thinkers — bringing together people of varied backgrounds and interests and generating new and innovative programs and events that serve to strengthen feminism and women’s movements on the local and global levels. As a hub and convener both online and off, Feminist.com strives to spotlight timely issues and inform, motivate, and empower all people to take action toward positive social change.
We make the global personal by connecting individuals to new ideas, information, resources, organizations, and each other, and by providing a safe space for diverse dialogue. Together, we can transform and re-imagine the roles of all people, encouraging them to break barriers and create a more equitable and just world.
For the past three decades, we've assisted our visitors in finding the causes, issues and organizations that resonate with them, leveraging the massive potential of the Internet to connect, educate, and empower.
Now, as we look ahead to the next 30 years, we’re starting an exciting new chapter. Building on our legacy of connecting and uplifting diverse feminist leaders and organizations, we’re relaunching Feminist.com as a vibrant multimedia hub and ecosystem that offers a dynamic space for conversation, learning, and action.
